ATPO provides a number of workshop formats tailored to each of these processes. As all organisations have unique traits all group and individual activities within a chosen workshop format are customised to the personnel involved.

Regular peer support meetings for leaders of organisations to meet, share ideas and offload in always confidential and often alternative settings. Pow Wows are facilitated by ATPO so that all members can benefit from the combined experiences and ideas of their peers in a structured and supportive way.
