Groups of leaders from different organisations meet 6 times per year.
Groups are matched for those in the business, sport, charity, and public bodies.
No groups contain leaders that are in direct competition.
Pow Wows are facilitated by ATPO so that all members can benefit from the combined experiences and ideas of their peers in a structured and supportive way to
(a) Help their own organisations develop
(b) Grow their leadership skills
(c) Share difficulties and obstacles to growth and hear possible solutions
(d) Bounce new ideas off each other
(e) Hear unbiased opinions and feedback from fellow leaders with no ‘skin in their game'
Each Pow Wow includes custom built activities specifically designed to maximise opportunities for group members to learn and develop in different ways. A number of Pow Wows each year will take place in alternative settings to increase the opportunities to unleash creativity and think ‘outside the box".
